David Rosen is the broker of Homesaver Real Estate. Together with Cathy Nielsen Homesaver Real Estate has become pioneers in this new distressed property market. Homesaver Real Estate are Phoenix Short Sale Experts – they have successfully helped negotiate principle reductions, short pay refinances, 2nd lien settlements, and negotiate an average of 50 plus short sales at one time.

In addition – through direct contracts with lenders like Fannie Mae – we have helped people reinstate mortgages that have already been foreclosed upon.

We have helped investors, owner occupants, and 2nd home buyers get out of bad real estate debt. We have helped tenants buy the houses they live in and drop their monthly payments by half.

We also help investors buy houses, help put people in touch with private money for real estate, locate homes not on the market, and assist many house flippers.

David has appeared on stage with Armando Montelongo from A & E’s Flip This House and has sold upwards of $350 M since 2005 nationally. Cathy has been in the mortgage business since 1998.

While we do not go to work just for the experience of work itself – we do work at least 6 days a week and truly enjoy helping people out of their situations. It takes a very highly trained person to deal with these deals and we are proud of the job we do.
